Our beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, brother-in-law, and uncle passed away peacefully, with family by his side, in the early morning hours of Wednesday, November 6, 2019 at his residence in Bay City, Michigan. Age 75 years. Dennis was born on September 23, 1944 in Bay City, Michigan to the late Ambrose J. Sr. and Marie H. (Kern) Owczarzak. On July 20, 1991 Dennis married his loving wife, Patricia Ann Dubay, and she survives him. Dennis was of the Catholic faith with affiliations at Our Lady of Czestochowa Parish and All Saints Parish. His favorite social organization was at the Oasis Lounge on 22nd Street. Dennis was an avid jokester and enjoyed politics. Enjoying life no matter where he was or what he was doing; life to him was always a good time.
