Our beloved wife, mother, grandmother of six, great grandmother of eight, aunt, and great aunt, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, June 25, 2018 at McLaren Bay Region Medical Center. Cecelia was 92 years old. She was born on April 20, 1926 in Bay City to the late John and Mary (Gilnak) Tomczak. Cecelia was a member of Corpus Christi/Holy Trinity Catholic Church. She was united in marriage to Eugene J. Wardynski on October 9, 1948 at St. James Catholic Church in Bay City. Cecelia was a homemaker who loved to cook, sew, and take care of her flower gardens. She treasured her husband, son, daughter-in-law, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and her little dog, "Chancey", too. She was the happiest when spending time with her family. Cecelia and Eugene loved to travel and always spoke about all the trips they took. She enjoyed spoiling and watching her grandchildren and great grandchildren play sports and participate in school activities.

Cecelia is survived by her one son; Wayne (Kay) Wardynski; six grandchildren: Amy (Barry) Rundell, Kimberly (Alan) Dzurka, Joshua (Kristen) Wardynski, Jeremy (Tammy) Wardynski, Joel (Kristen) Wardynski, and Jessica (Dan) McGee; eight great grandchildren, Kaylyn, Kiera, Austin, Carson, Evelyn, Lena, Luke, and Elyse;  two step-great grandchildren: Alaina and Bryce; two brothers, Ted Tomczak and Robert Fischer; and many nieces, nephews, and friends. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her loving husband Eugene; four brothers: Frank, Edward, Walter, and Lawrence; seven sisters: Julia, Mary, Rosalie, Florence, Helen, Angeline, and Florian; and her great granddaughter: Grace Hope Dzurka.
